## Our journey

From a hackathon inflection point to a laboratory of emerging technologies. We document every mutation, every breakthrough.

- 2025.10

### FORMATION

The RAG Prompt Optimizer hackathon (Kavak × OpenAI) becomes the inflection point that formalizes Positronica Labs.

- 2026.03

### QMANUS_MX

Multi-tenant multi-agent platform for the Alibaba Cloud × TiDB hackathon. 15/15 security tests passed; lesson learned on git-history hygiene after API key exposure.

- 2026.04

### HYPATIA + LANDING LIVE

Hypatia ships to production on Netlify. Positronica Labs landing goes live with the Clinical Sublime design system.

- 2026.06

### PLATANUS HACK 2026: TWO AWARDS

Sendero: three AI agents search social media, news and public records in parallel to help mothers looking for missing relatives. Second place in our track and Best Use of Firecrawl.

- 2026.Q3-Q4

### TALLYGRAPH TO PRODUCTION
